We then thinly slice it so that you get the most bang for you buck "lots of pieces y'all" then smoked low and slow until all alcohol is removed and only the flavor remains. with spent Jack D barrels this brings on a whole new level of flavor. then lightly glazed with our signature Moonshine Sauce and put in for another hour to make it nice and sticky.
